Alexander’s career spans over 25 years having worked at series of high-profile real estate firms.
Starting his property career in 1999, at the traditional surveying & estate agency firm W.A. Ellis of Knightsbridge. During this time, he completed a degree in Estate Management and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. Established in 1868, the firm was acquired by JLL, the world’s third largest real estate practice, in 2014.
Having qualified, Alexander joined Knight Frank as a Partner in 2011, primarily focusing on Prime and Super-Prime transactions on London.
Most recently he has headed up ‘BNP Paribas Real Estate’s UK International & Private Client division’ working with BNP Paribas’s Wealth Management division globally in assisting their clients with any residential property requirements throughout the United Kingdom.

Project Management & Management

Matthew looks after project and property management for the firm. Initially working in Client Services for Liontrust, a boutique specialist fund management company, Matthew made the move to property fund management, working for Savills Investment Management (then Cordea Savills) in client services, before going on to become the company’s performance analyst.
In 2010 the opportunity arose for him to set up his own firm, managing property portfolios for a select number of private clients, during which time Matthew focused on all elements of this demanding part of the industry. Properties under management range in value from £500,000 to £17,000,000 and Matthew is on call at all times should anything require his attention.
When Alexander founded Alexander Millett, Matthew joined as a consultant to help oversee project and property management for the firm’s clients. Examples of this range from; overseeing the redevelopment of a freehold building into luxury residential apartments, to extensive single house developments for our clients. Often our clients request that we manage the property for them after the renovation is complete, as they value the fact that every aspect has been handled seamlessly under one roof, giving a high level of understanding of the how the property works and accountability.

Director of Lettings

Georgina has nearly 20 years experience as a Prime Central London lettings agent, focusing on Knightsbridge, Chelsea, South Kensington and Belgravia, previously holding the position of Partner at Knight Frank in Knightsbridge, where she ran the lettings team in Knight Frank’s most successful London office.
Georgina has worked with individual clients and let a number of apartments in the world renowned development, One Hyde Park, as well as working with portfolio Landlords including The Cadogan Estate and Martin’s Properties.
She joined Alexander Millett in the summer of 2022 to look after all of the lettings clients for the firm, bringing with her her extensive experience in this area of the industry.

Surveyor

Gary is a General Practice Chartered Surveyor with a wealth of experience spanning some 40 years or so in the profession.
He has worked in a variety of roles both in private practice and client side including consultancy positions with a number of corporate, charitable and Banking institutions.
Gary works in tandem with the Project Management side of the business and also provides pre purchase / sale surveys, Building Pathology reports along with advising on neighbourly matters including Party Wall advice and Rights of Light.

Having completed a BA (Hons) degree at King’s College London University, Richard started his career in Estate Agency in 1986 covering the Fulham, West Kensington and Wandsworth areas.
In 1989 he joined John D Wood and Co. in their head office in Mayfair developing his contacts and knowledge within the complex Prime Central London market.
During 1993 he spent time in Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur with Cluttons selling traditional property and new Residential Developments for Berkeley Homes, St George and Barratt and expanding his experience within this burgeoning market.
Returning to London in 1994, Richard ran the Knightsbridge office of Hamptons before joining the privately owned firm of estate agents, WA Ellis in 1999.
Discovering a natural synergy with Alexander Millett, their partnership, sales record and dynamic approach drove the business to new heights with Richard becoming equity partner in 2004.
During this period Richard was involved in a number of high profile Leasehold enfranchisement cases for the Cadogan Estate and also acted as expert witness, where his knowledge of the market and measured approach was highly regarded by his clients. His sales record was exemplary and he was involved in the sale of many prime and super-prime properties using his discreet and calm approach to complicated negotiations of leasehold and Joint Venture sales.
WA Ellis was purchased by Jones Lang Lasalle in 2014 with Richard being involved in the negotiation of the SPA and the terms of the sale.
He remained at JLL running the PCL sales business with his former partners until 2023.
He is delighted to join Alexander Millett and Co. where his pro-active approach and detailed knowledge of the PCL market will be a major asset to clients.

An important part of our business is acting for clients in the search and acquisition of property on their behalf. With the extensive network of agents, property professionals and advisors that each of the team have built up over decades in the industry, we are able to provide the invaluable service of sourcing both 'on market' and 'off market' opportunities across the entire market. In conjunction with this, as Chartered Surveyors, we are also able to provide valuation advice and analysis. We endeavour to identify correct value and negotiate the right purchase price for our clients, as well as identifying any potential value uplift achievable through, but not limited to; Space optimisation; Leasehold extension or enfranchisement; Planning gain; Refurbishment; Redecoration. The concept is to make the journey as seamless as possible
